We believe a set of BeadRiders will make any saddle more comfortable, whether you have a stock saddle on your bike or an expensive custom saddle. Our goal is to make your ride cooler and more comfortable.
Returns:
If you are not happy with your set of BeadRiders for any reason, we will gladly refund the cost of the seat within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact us prior to returning your seat. If you purchased our seat from one of our dealers you should contact them for a refund.
Return authorizations will only be valid for 14 days after the authorization has been given. Should the 14 day period expire prior to receipt of the returned item, the sale will be considered final and non-returnable.
Warranty:
The Classic BeadRider is warranted to be free of defects for one year from the date of purchase, while the Ultimate BeadRider warranty is eighteen (18) months. Though this has rarely happened BeadRider is not responsible for damage to your bike, paint, chrome, plastic, seat, riding equipment or any other item because of the use of our products. This warranty covers only BeadRider seats.
The finish on the Classic BeadRider is not covered by warranty. Paint can and will wear with normal use. If you choose to ride in your white pants and the black paint wears off on them, you assume that responsibility. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges in returning products to us for repair or return. We suggest you insure your shipments as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
